This section is dedicated to those who want to pursue more information about the Mass. There is an awesome website put together by Fr. Felix Just, S.J. whose page contains actual biblical references to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass! In it you will see that every part of the Holy Mass has a scriptural connection. This is truly an important message to all our Catholics who are too easily swayed by our separated brethren that the Catholic Church does not believe in Jesus or the Holy Bible!
What you will find most helpful is the historical connection to our Jewish roots and where these special parts of the Catholic Mass take its shape and form. Fr. Just's webpage connects those dots for us. I believe that you will learn and come to the truth of the Catholic Faith and Catholic Church with these pages.
Do you also have questions about how our beautiful Church has come to be? It was not created over night, but rather, through much thought and discussion as visible through her writings and historical development. Here is a link to Fr. Felix's summary of various Church Documents: http://catholic-resources.org/ChurchDocs/
Thanks to Fr. Felix Just S.J., Ph.D. of Santa Clara University in California, we can now show you how the Mass is biblical! Click on the link if you want to see more great information!

Part of this website's mission is to express the beautiful relationship which Catholics not only have with Jesus, but with the Holy Scriptures itself, the authority of the Church and Tradition.
In an initial conversation with someone who was interested in Jesus, I was asked if Catholics were Christian.
To that question came not only a resounding, YES!, Catholics are indeed Christian. But that Catholics also witness to the commands that Jesus himself had taught his apostles who are keepers of the faith that we have today.
But this website is also in response to the many questions that both Catholics and non-Catholics have about the faith and Church. As Catholics, we believe we have three critical elements that are congruent to being a Christian today;
The Catholic who follows what the Church teaches follows Jesus because the Catholic Church is One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic; a character which shows Jesus as the founder of this Church. And this connection can be shown through the apostolic succession from the Apostle St. Peter to Benedict XVI.
